Pole Introduction Course

Get ready to dive into the amazing world of pole with this intensive Intro course! 

You will learn the fundamentals like hand grips, spins, holds, positions and floorwork, and how to link them into a flowing routine. We’ll also boost your strength with specialized conditioning exercises.

The course is adapted to those with no pole experience and no other training background. There are no requirements for strength, flexibility or coordination. 

You must be over 16, but there is no upper age limit.

Pole Heels Course - BASIC

Discover the art of pole dancing with a touch of elegance in our Pole Heels Basic course, designed especially for beginners. Embrace your inner strength and sensuality as you learn the foundations of pole dancing in heels. This course offers a comprehensive introduction to the world of pole heels, combining elements of leg work, pole work, and floor work to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence.
