Perfect for anyone loooking to progress at their own pace in a safe space. Each lesson is tailored to fit your needs. Whether you are a beginner or want to work on choreography, flow, pole heels etc.

Pole Introduction Course
Get ready to dive into the amazing world of pole with this intensive Intro course!
You will learn the fundamentals like hand grips, spins, holds, positions and floorwork, and how to link them into a flowing routine. You'll also boost your strength with specialized conditioning exercises.
The course is adapted to those with no pole experience and no other training background. There are no requirements for strength, flexibility or coordination.
You must be over 16, but there is no upper age limit.

Pole Heels BASIC

This course offers an introduction to the world of pole heels, combining elements of leg work, pole work, and floor work to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Rosie is passionated about female empowerment through the art of pole dancing. She helps women discover their inner strength, sensuality and confidence, one pole spin at a time. Rosie offers empowering pole dance classes in Oslo and hosts workshops around the country, creating a safe spaces where women can build both physical and mental strength.
Rosie’s holistic focus extends to her certification as a yoga instructor and sound bath facilitator, where she imparts inner peace, harmony and the magical power of sound. With her holistic approach, she creates a harmonious balance between the body, mind, and spirit.
Beyond this, she is the founder of an exciting online fitness concept set to launch soon, continuing her mission to inspire and empower women through movement.
